Chase’s Place is currently accepting applications for school-age students. Additional classes will be added as the need arises. The school accepts disabled students of any color, race and creed, national or ethnic origin. The school does not discriminate in the administration of its educational policy, financial, and/or other school administrative programs.
Children applying for enrollment at Chase’s Place are admitted on a first come, first served basis. Preferential consideration will be given to those students who will most benefit from our program. Students requiring assistance with feeding and mobilizing and/or students who require heavy behavioral modification will be enrolled on a limited basis.
After an initial tour and consultation with the school director, parents complete an application form and the Parent’s Assessment of Skills and Needs. The student then comes to meet the teachers and staff for a one hour observation period. If it is determined that the program can meet the child’s needs, the student will be invited to enroll.
